Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Sweet and Sour meatballs with a thick tangy sauce.  These meatballs are a moderately healthy lean meatball....its the sauce that brings the nutritional value down.  Thanks to my wife's friend Jenn for this staple in our menu.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
 
Meatballs:
1 1/4 lb hamburger and 1/2 cup water.
Mix together with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste. Roll into balls and brown in frying pan.

Sauce:
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp ketchup

Mix flour and brown sugar together and add everything else. Put in saucepan on medium until bubbles and gets a little thick.

Put meatballs in casserole dish and cover with sauce. Cover. Cook on 350 for 20 mins.
