Cranberry Pinwheels

Well, we did a lot of cooking this weekend...the already posted donair meat and turkey meatloaves, and of course the soon to be posted Split Pea Soup.  All yummy recipes!  Here is another great, simple recipe for an appetizer that we make often and is quickly devoured at any function.  I encourage people to post comments on any recipe as people love to hear what works and what doesn't and how you may have changed a recipe...thank you to all who follow!

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled with fork
1/4 cup green onions, diced
6 oz driend cranberries
4 ten inch tortillas

Mix ingredients together and divide and spread over tortillas. Roll up tortillas and wrap tightly individually with plastic wrap/wax paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (better if left a couple of hours), then remove and slice to desired thickness - too thin and they will fall apart. Enjoy!

I never use a recipe to make them, just one block of cream cheese and the rest just to taste. I usually use multigrain tortillas but you can use whatever kind/flavour you want.
