Donair Meat

Very good homemade donair meat!  Freezes well for when you have a donair craving...

2 1/2 lbs hamburger
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/8 cup accent
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp onion salt
1 1/2 tsp garlic


 Mix together and form into a ball. Bake 2 hrs at 350 degrees on a cake rack over top a pan.
