A great steak marinade for any occasion. |
2 Medium Shallots, Minced
1 Tbsp Dried Thyme Leaves
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Soya Sauce
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
Combine all ingredients and place in a heavy duty zip-loc bag. Add the steaks. Place in the refrigerator and marinade overnight. Turn often to distribute evenly.
