Beef Stew


For Dinner last night we made the delicious Beef Stew that we had made last week.  I noticed in the recipe this time that it called for 3 canned tomatoes (not to be confused with 3 cans of tomatoes) so I added the tomato... It was still delicious and we will be having it again tonight but the tomatoes really don't add anything to the stew and may actually take away from the seared beef taste in the stew.  I would also increase the flour used as a thickener or maybe add a tbsp of corn starch to the roux.

This really is a can't miss, hearty, healthy, winter vegetable recipe.
